Current Research Interests: Leonard aims to examine the consequences of partisanship and misinformation on various outcomes, including partisan dehumanization, democratic norm support, belief in science, and willingness to engage in partisan violence. Leonard strives to analyze and create actionable plans for ameliorating the negative consequences of partisanship while amplifying its positive consequences.
