Current Research Interests: My research investigates how stigmatized social identities are constructed, negotiated, and perceived across interpersonal, organizational, and mediated contexts. My work integrates intergroup and interpersonal perspectives to explain how identity cues shape everyday interactions and how communicative processes can reproduce or mitigate bias.
