Tom Clark is a lecturer at the Moody College of Communication. He currently teaches an undergraduate level course in Sales Leadership and Technology.
Prior to teaching at the University of Texas, Tom had a distinguished career as a senior sales executive and entrepreneur in the high technology industry. He has held a variety of leadership roles in direct sales, channel sales, strategic alliance management and global business development at Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Dell-EMC, and Verizon Communications.
Tom was also a co-founder of Publications and Communications, Inc. (PCI), a technology publishing and marketing communications company. He served as President, and Vice President of Sales at PCI and Managing Director of PCI-Europe. The company was recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies four consecutive years.
Tom received an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and an M.S degree from Emporia State University. He has served as an Executive-in-Residence in Kansas State’s National Strategic Selling Institute, and as a lecturer at the Fowler School of Business at San Diego State University.
