I chose my major because I understand how fundamental communication is - especially within the context of business. As a student on the pre-law track, I am fascinated by the ways in which disagreements and challenges in our personal and professional life are a reflection of a breakdown in communication.

Involvement on Campus: I hold a lot of different roles on campus! Here they are:
- President of the International Association of Business Communicators UT Austin Chapter
- Vice President of the Iranian Student Academic and Cultural Organization
- Professional Development Director of Minority Women Pursuing Law
- Host of the McCombs Made Podcast with the Drag Audio Production House - TSM
- Traffic Director for 91.7 KVRX-FM
- Captain of ISACO's IM Volleyball Team
Favorite Place in Austin: My favorite place in Austin is the Voice Lab on the 4th floor of the CMA! I have been working in audio journalism for three years now and have so many wonderful memories in the studio. It is truly my safe space.
Where to Travel: I would love to travel to Mexico City!
