Current Research Interests: My research interests center around organizational information control practices, particularly how monitoring and surveillance practices are enacted, communicated, and interpreted. I am interested in how different organizational and social contexts shape whether monitoring practices are perceived as legitimate and how employees respond to these practices. A developing area of interest is in emerging technologies, particularly on how artificial intelligence, are reshaping organizational surveillance and information collection.
