Current Research Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of interpersonal, health, and family communication, with a particular focus on relational dynamics in chronic illness management. I examine how individuals, couples, and family members navigate health disclosures, mutual support, and communal coping while managing long-term health conditions, both face-to-face and through mediated communication channels. Grounded in interpersonal communication frameworks, my work explores how communicative processes facilitate adaptive health behaviors, joint decision-making, and relational well-being across chronic health trajectories.
