Tim Pavlovich, MSOLE, is a sales executive, educator, and business leader with more than two decades of experience in strategic sales, leadership, operations, digital transformation, and executive communication across the United States and Europe. As a lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin, he brings extensive industry experience into the classroom, helping students connect academic concepts with the evolving realities of modern business.
Tim’s teaching interests include sales leadership, enterprise sales strategy, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, technology-enabled selling, organizational leadership, and the development of high-performing teams. His approach emphasizes experiential learning, practical application, critical thinking, and effective communication—preparing students to navigate increasingly technology-driven business environments.
He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Ethics from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University. Prior to teaching at UT Austin, Tim held professional sales and leadership roles at Salesforce, VMware, and Dell Technologies, where he led strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, customer transformation, organizational development, and enterprise technology adoption.
Tim is also deeply committed to student development and community engagement. For more than 20 years, he has served as a guest lecturer, sales competition judge, mentor, and community volunteer, including leadership with Mobile Loaves & Fishes. His continued engagement with students and industry reflects his commitment to bridging business education and professional practice while preparing the next generation of leaders.
