Outside hobbies & interests: I spend a lot of time with my youth group, college friends, and my wife, of course!  I like playing any sport, especially baseball, basketball, and ultimate frisbee.  I like watching sports, too. and I enjoy filmmaking (I'm currently working on a documentary about Egyptian Christians in America (http://outofegyptmovie.com)
What you think makes UT or Austin unique, cool, or "weird": Cool: there is ALWAYS something fun to do around campus and downtown.  Weird: More than 600,000 people live here but it still feels like a college town sometimes.  Unique: they hired Satan as the road planner
