Dr. Loril Gossett (PhD, University of Colorado, Boulder, 2001) draws on a variety of qualitative methods to study issues of member identification and organizational control in contemporary work settings. Her most recent research focuses on the growth and impact of the contingent/temporary work force. Dr. Gossett's research has been published in Communication Monographs and Management Communication Quarterly and she is on the editorial board of the journal Women's Studies in Communication.
