Financial Aid
We have a limited amount of financial assistance available on the basis of need. Awards of financial aid typically will reduce the base tuition of the camp costs, and vary depending upon the number of applicants and available funds. Please note that the UTNIF is a non-profit enterprise, and that any awards of financial aid will cover only a portion of tuition expenses.
Since our ability to provide assistance is limited, it is important that we fully understand your needs. Should you wish to apply for aid, you need to file a complete request for financial assistance by May 15th. Such an application consists of the following:
• The Student Registration & Enrollment forms.
• A letter from a parent or legal guardian which sets forth in as much detail as possible the reasons for your request for financial assistance.
• A personal letter from the student expressing needs.
• A letter of recommendation from the students' coach confirming financial need and suitability.
• A copy of your parents'/legal guardians’ IRS 1040 form and any other verification you wish to provide.
Please note that no Financial Aid Application will be considered without submission of the Pre-Application Form and payment of the application fee. We will notify you of the results of your application for financial assistance by June 1.
